    In the past I was able to get in contact with the agent directly and this office was WONDERFUL and everyone was so helpful. However, it seems as though they no longer have that direct line and calling through the 800 number has ridiculous hold times! I've had to call mulitple times and just sit an wait, most times I have to hang up because I don't have the time to wait. If this agent can get their direct number back, it would be 5 stars for me. but I had to give it 2 because it's next to impossible to get through. I might be better off just stopping by the office. :)

    I've worked with G&N professionally but now have decided to work with them personally, as well. I got quotes from four other companies and G&N is the ONLY company that 1) actually answered the phone when I called 2) took all the information needed to provide me a quote without having to call me back to obtain more information 3) reached out to me with quote details / specifics and to ask if I had any questions and 4) offered to have a runner pick up our new tags. I had to reach back out to every other company to check the status of my quote but not with G&N. Sarah kept the ball rolling, kept me in the loop as to the status, AND provided us with the best coverage at the lowest price! What more can you ask for?! I will definitely be recommending G&N to EVERYONE I know needing any type of insurance.

    I first met Julie when I went to see her for a consultation to answer questions I had regarding my MA LTC application. I was immediately impressed by her clear knowledge of the law, her engaging style, and her passion for the work she does. She has a great personality which immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable asking her all the questions I had regarding my application. She has a deep understanding of the applicable law and is able to explain things in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend Julie for her expertise and client-focused attitude.

    Julie is an excellent lawyer and has developed a great reputation in handling firearms license issues as well as family law. There are very few lawyers that understand the gun laws as well as she does, I would highly recommend her.
